Multi-functional Administrative City is the project that promoting the win-win and leap by national balanced development. Relevant plans such as development plan, district unit plan, formation plan of the integrated urban image and the seven strategic tasks of urban landscape have been presenting creative suggestions for attractive urban landscape. We performed this project to make creative suggestions systematically and practically. We also analyzed the basic urban structure & particular community plan and suggested development direction of public design.
