This research aimed to establish the plan for prevention of donut phenomenon and functional reinforcement of the Innocity by investigating connective methods between the Innocity and the existing center area of the town in Wonju. We conducted analysis of conditions & problems in the existing downtown area, establishment of development direction & strategy, comprehensive plan in the whole downtown area and sectorial redevelopment concept & plan.
